We welcome you to a Caribbean food and drink experience by Chef-Owner Sham Mahabir. He explores the unique flavours of the Caribbean, drawing from his native Trinidad & Tobago, where the food has been enriched by a vibrant fusion of Indian, African, Chinese, and Middle Eastern influences.

The Beginning
Freeta 10
Spinach and Sweetcorn Fritters. Whole and chopped leaf spinach, sweetcorn kernels, gram flour, garlic, coriander, fennel and roasted cumin seeds. GF VG V
Trini Puri 9
Hollow puri shells, filled with mashed potato, seasoned with roasted cumin seeds, garlic, finely chopped coriander, dressed with mango jam and tamarind sauce. VG V
Trini Doubles 12
Seasoned chickpeas nestled between two hand-stretched bara roti, topped with grated cucumber, lime pepper sauce, scotch bonnet mango jam and green apple chutney. VG V (Contains gluten)
Hook & Ball 12
Smoked Haddock Balls. Smoked haddock, red peppers, Caribbean herbs topped with tartar sauce. Contains fish, dairy and gluten.
Wings 10
Wings are marinated for 24 hours in Trinidadian green seasoning, salt and garlic then fried and coated in scotch bonnet mango jam.
Calamari 13
Calamari seasoned with sea salt and black pepper, tossed in scotch bonnet and dried garlic, served with scotch bonnet tartar sauce. With soft shell crab add 4.Contains fish, dairy and crustaceans.
The Middle
Island Veggie Curry 16
Baby potatoes, roasted cauliflower and sweet peas slow cooked in Trinidad Indian spices, black onion seeds and fresh coconut milk, served with steamed rice GF VG V

Portobello, chestnut, button and large flat white mushrooms cooked in garlic, coriander, parsley, vegan butter and cream, served with steamed rice. GF VG V
Ocean Treasure 24
White crab meat cooked in curry blend, coconut milk, thyme, garlic, spring onions and chopped garlic. Lobster ravioli is added to it and topped with soft shell crab drizzled in curry sauce and lemon zest. (Contains crustaceans and gluten)

Chicken leg and thigh quarters marinated for 24 hours in jerk seasoning, steamed, grilled, served with mango and citrus slaw GL HL
