Chef-Owner Sham Mahabir has created a unique menu of spiced up mountain bites – expect plenty of flavours from the Caribbean, including favourites from his native Trinidad & Tobago, combined with classic dishes from the mountains with an exceptional Caribbean twist - all in the heart of London.
