LIMIN is a Caribbean food and drink experience created by Trinidadian-born Chef Sham Mahabir and all about catching up with friends over good food and drinks, so our menus are built around social food.
Chef-owner Sham Mahabir grew up in Trinidad and Tobago, where the food has been enriched by a vibrant fusion of Indian, African, Chinese, and Middle Eastern influences.
The LIMIN menu features Caribbean classics, like jerk chicken, doubles, roti, and Island fish and chips, combined with classic dishes from the mountains with an exceptional Caribbean twist. You can order them as individual dishes or as a feast for the table.
