Party the rest of the year away at London’s newest après ski experience, our LIMIN Winter Lodge, now open!
While the Caribbean and the Alps may not have much in common, Sham is bringing the best of both worlds together to create a unique experience like nothing else the city has to offer.
Our magical alpine retreat is complete with a private ski lodge, fir trees, and all the twinkling fairy lights your Instagram could dream of.
Oh and did we mention the Caribbean twist? Yes you read that right, our new menu will feature spiced up mountain bites: think Scotch Bonnet and Christmas Spice Glazed Ham; a delicious Croque Monsieur with Trini ham, melted cheese and truffle oil; and a soul-warming garden and mountain risotto. Finish on a high with Trinidad Christmas cake with vanilla or white chocolate Baule balls.
Although no visit to LIMIN would be complete without a taste of our iconic rum punch, our classic Caribbean cocktail menu will also be given a mountainous edge. The Winter Berry Mojito, Val-d’Isère Passion Fizz and the Morzine Mojito are guaranteed to transport you straight to the slopes, while Sham’s twist on a traditional mulled wine will warm you up as you ease into an evening of shimmying and shaking at the LIMIN Winter Lodge.
In true Sham style, expect a vibrant array of entertainment throughout the season: some of London’s best DJs will be providing funky tunes; you can sing your heart out at the karaoke bar; steel pans will bring those island life vibes to life; groups can get competitive with candy cane limbo; and be dazzled by fire breathers, chalet hostesses, burlesque shows and so much more.
